The ending. It was sad yet perfect.

When Owen read to Lizzie or when he was teaching her how to drive or when the dog peed at the beginning

When Lizzie went into the well and she saw her family the first time and she was able to talk to her brother.

I loved the end when Liz has Owen read from "Tuck Everlasting" and they were kids again and so innocent.

I loved to hear what the dogs had to say...

I really remember Owen's tattoo, and when liz kissed it. I also pictured Betty's garden very clearly when Owen is reading to Liz at the end, along with the green sweater under the floor board.

I really loved the end of the book, about the part where baby Liz thinks that it wasn't so bad after all in Elsewhere, that she was lost at sea but finally found the shore, and the baby girl which laughed to the question "Who are you, honey?" from her new mother.

I thought that when Liz got all wrapped up to go through the river and back to earth too early it was very memorable. I could clearly picture little babies floating by and a random misguided teen. I saw her trying to tip herself over and sinking helplessly to the bottom of the meaningful water.
