I think he was normal and didn't get the right help after Andy died and he just created his own little world.
i don't know. He's definetly strange now! It seems like he always only had one friend, which is not healthy.
Yes, I think he was probably a very odd kid.
I am pretty sure that Dougie was a child with some form of Autism?!? If not, he displayed some very classic signs of it. If not Autism, then he had some sort of childhood mental health disorder.
