That was another of Dougie's obsessions.
While he didn't want to think of the accident, he always was...that's why there was fire and the initials
I was a little confused on the term sigil for awhile...really it was normal in that all teens have something that they repeatedly doodle.
It was very obvious as you saw the sigil change that is an underlying symbol of fire.
supposed to mean fire. he was so obsessed with fire and matchstics and thing that were related to that. he wasn't obsessed, he just needed help, he need to allow people to help him. the sigil was a way to call for help. it was the person inside him trying to call for help. i think at least....
